Aboriginal Art by Mavis Jugadai NapaltjarriMavis Jugadai Napaltjarri is the niece of renowned indigenous artist Willy Tjungurrayi. She was taught to paint by her mother Tilau Nungala at Papunya during the 1990’s. The subject of her art centres around “Kardinyanya”, a large hill outside of Papunya, west of Alice Springs. |
