Cowboy Loy Pwerle is an Eastern Anmatyerre speaker with his traditional country lying on the Western side of the Sandover River on Utopia Station, approx 250kms north east of Alice Springs. The name Çowboy" is attrubited to his reputation as a stockman in Central Australian.
