Aboriginal art by Bombatu Napangardi
Bombatu Napangardi was born near Kiwirrkurra in Western Australia and had no contact with established communities until her family walked into the Papunya Community in the 1960's.The themes most commonly found in Bombatu's paintings are related to women’s ceremonial stories and depictions of her country.
