FAQ's
Delivery
All works are freighted un-stretched. A complimentary door to door freight service via TNT is included for all works sold from the website.
All works can be sent nationally and internationally. Overseas purchases are sent with TNT Global Express.
We do not deliver to a Post Office Box. All shipments must be signed for at the delivery address.
We will confirm receipt of your order within 12 hours and process payment at this time. Your painting will be immediately sent with TNT.
All works are packed to a high and safe standard. Once the painting has been shipped we will email you advising of collection and provide the consignment note number should you wish to track the shipment.
You can track your parcel by logging onto www.tnt.com.au and entering the consignment number provided in our email.
We must be notified within 24hrs upon receipt of damaged deliveries.
Money Back Guarantee
When purchasing artworks it is important to us that you are completely satisfied.
We understand the difficultly in buying a painting via digital image and as such offer a full money back guarantee should you find that the painting does not look the same when viewing in person.
Should the artwork you purchase not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange for another artwork (whichever you prefer), and pay only the return freight. We do however recommend using our courier as discounted rates are available.
Any works returned must be in its original condition and include the full provenance documentation and photos to enable a refund or exchange.
Currency
All prices are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST. Purchases made from overseas are exempt from GST and the price will be adjusted accordingly.
International buyers must also note that there may be duties and/or taxes specific to their country. The buyer is liable for these charges.
Payment
We accept payment via the following methods:
- Direct bank deposit;
- Credit Cards (a 3% surchage applies to American Express);
- Cheque;
- Money order.

Layby
We also offer a 12 week layby option on all artworks, allowing you the option to make regular payments towards your favourite painting.
Provenance Guarantee
We guarantee the authenticity of all artworks and the following documentation is included with all paintings sold.
- Artist Biography;
- Authentication Certificate, including story where available;
- Photos of the artist with their artwork.

Artist Guarantee
Muk Muk Fine Art is founded on strong working relationships. We work directly with the artists providing them a studio where they can paint. Materials of the highest quality are supplied to the artists ensuring an ongoing guarantee of the quality of each painting.
All works are paid for in full at the time of completion; they are catalogued and digital images are taken. We sit with the artists to learn about the paintings’ story, its origins and its meaning to the artist and their families.
We work to maintain up to date artist biographies, and undertake extensive research to ensure that all exhibitions, collections and artist events are recorded.
Muk Muk Fine Art is strongly committed to nurturing emerging talent and promoting aboriginal art throughout Australia and overseas and undertakes the commitment to an ethical code of practice that supports Aboriginal artists and enhances the Aboriginal art industry.
